The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated to Amend and Extend the Main Collective Agreement for the National Bargaining Council for the Hairdressing Cosmetology Beauty and Skincare Industry under R.4108 of November 2023, as per Notice No. 3906 of GG54561, dated 22 April 2026.
The Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), has been updated with Classification of a National Disaster in terms of Section 23 of the Act: Impact of Severe Weather in the Limpopo Province, as per Notice No. 7487 of GG54695 dated 18 May 2026.
The Animal Diseases Act, 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984), has been updated with the Repeal Notice No. 6396 of July 2025 and new notice Rescinding of Foot and Mouth Disease Management Area in Kwazulu Natal Province, as per Notice No. 7484 of GG54686 dated 15 May 2026.
The Agricultural Products Agents Act, 1992 (Act No.12 of 1992) has been updated with the Repeal of Rules 2017 under Board Notice 62 of 18 May 2018 and new Rules in respect of Export Agents, 2025, as per Board Notice 915 of GG54677, dated 15 May 2026.
The Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), has been updated with Amendment of the Regulations in respect of Petroleum Products, as per Notice No. R.7434 of GG54614, dated 5 May 2026.
The Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 1965 (Act No. 101 of 1965), has been updated with the Amendment of Schedule 4 of Main Act, as per Notice No. 7446 of GG54627 dated 8 May 2026.
The Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), has been updated with Regulations relating to Fines which may be imposed by a Committee of Enquiry against Practitioners found guilty of improper or disgraceful conduct under the Act, as per Notice No. 7447 of GG54627 dated 8 May 2026.

The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), has been updated with Maximum amount of Earnings and Minimum Assessment on which the Assessment of an Employer shall be calculated, as per Notice No. 3910 of GG54577 dated 24 April 2026.
The Social Assistance Act, 2004 (Act No. 13 of 2004) has been updated with Amendment to Regulations under Notice R.2042 of 22 April 2022 re COVID-19 Social Relief of Distress – effective 1 April 2026, as per Notice No. R.7351 of GG54460, dated 2 April 2026.

The Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005), has been updated with Amendments to the Municipal Elections Party Elections Broadcasts and Political Advertisements Regulations, 2011 under the ECA 2005, Notice No. R.203 of 201, as per Notice No 3867 of GG54459 dated 2 April 2026.

The Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), has been updated with Amendment of the Regulations in respect of Petroleum Products, as per Notice No. R.7338 of GG54443, dated 31 March 2026.
The National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004), has been updated with National Dust Control Regulations, 2026, as per Notice No. R.7335 of GG54440, dated 31 March 2026.
The Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 (Act No. 47 of 1996), has been updated with the Establishment of Statutory Measure and Determination of Guideline Price: Levies relating to locally produced and/or Imported Table Eggs as prescribed by Regulation (R345 as amended) and Egg Products (Pulp & Powder) including local Hatcheries rejected Eggs that are sold to the Trade, as per Notice No. R.7328 of GG54434, dated 31 March 2026.

The Social Assistance Act, 2004 (Act No. 13 of 2004) has been updated with an Increase in respect of Social Grants – effective 1 April 2026 and 1 October 2026 respectively, as per Notice No. R.7287 of GG54397, dated 23 March 2026.

The Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), has been updated with Regulations for Biofuels Price, as per Notice No. 7233 of GG54321, dated 13 March 2026.
The Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 9 of 1983), has been updated with Statutory Fees (Levies) on Perishable Products – effective 1 April 2026, as per Board Notice 890 of GG54268, dated 6 March 2026.
The Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993), has been updated with a Notice of Exemption – Class II commercial diving schools in terms of Regulation 3(3) of the Commercial Diving Regulations, 2022, as per Notice No. 7252 of GG54356 dated 20 March 2026.
The Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Act, 1973 (Act No. 78 of 1973), has been updated with the Increase in Pension Benefits, as per Notice No. 7222 of GG54319, dated 13 March 2026.
The Natural Scientific Professions Act, 2003 (Act No. 27 of 2003), has been updated with the Retracting of Board Notice 670 of 2024 and new Recommended Consultation Fees, as per Board Notice 894 of GG54356 of 20 March 2026.
The Magistrates Act, 1993 (Act No. 90 of 1993), has been updated by the Repeal of Proclamation Notice 203 of 2024 and new Determination of Salaries and Allowances of Magistrates, as per Notice No. 7203 of GG54270 dated 13 March 2026.
The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Extension of Period of Operation of the Agency Shop Collective Agreement for the National Bargaining Council for Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty, and Skincare Industry, as per Notice No. R.7250 of GG54355, dated 20 March 2026.

The Income Tax Act, 1962 (Act No. 58 of 1962), has been updated with a Notice in terms of Paragraph (c) of the Definition of “LIVING ANNUITY” in Section 1 of the Act, as per Notice No. 7289 of GG54399 dated 23 March 2026.
The Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), has been updated with the Publication of Cancellation of the Registration of MSC Education Holdings (Pty) Ltd as a Private Higher Education Institution, as per Notice No. 7263 of GG54356 dated 20 March 2026.
The Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005), has been updated with Increase of Administrative Fees in relation to type approval, as per Notice No 3843 of GG54379 dated 20 March 2026.
The Debt Collectors Act, 1998, (Act No. 114 of 1998) has been updated with Amendments to regulation 11 and Annexure B: Expenses and fees under Notice No. R. 185 of 7 February 2003, as per Notice No. R.7207, GG54273 dated 6 March 2026.
The Customs and Excise Act, 1964 (Act No.91 of 1964), has been has been amended and updated by the Tax Administration Laws Amendment Act 18 of 2023 - Sections 15 and 120 of the Customs & Excise Act 1964 became effective on 13 June 2017 per Section 30 of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 and (a) of Notice No. 563 of GG40916, dated 13 June 2017, as per Notice No. 7272 of GG54356 dated 20 March 2026.
The Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, 1983 (Act No. 43 of 1983), has been updated with Revised Tariffs, Rates and Scales for the Good and Services provided by the Department in terms of the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act (CARA), Act No. 43 of 1983 and Sub-Division of Agricultural Land Act (SALA), Act No. 70 of 1970 – effective 1 April 2026, as per Notice No. 7192 of GG54268, dated 6 March 2026.
The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), has been updated with various Regulations, as per Notice No. R.7205 of GG54273 dated 6 March 2026.
The Auditing Profession Act, 2005 (Act No. 26 of 2005), has been updated with Fees and Assurance Fees Payable to the IRBA – effective from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, as per Board Notice 889 of GG54268, dated 6 March 2026.
The Animal Improvement Act, 1998 (Act No. 62 of 1998) has been updated with the Amendment of Table 1: Fees Payable of the Regulations under R.1682 of November 2003, as per Notice No. R.7242 of GG54350, dated 19 March 2026.
The Animal Identification Act, 2002 (Act No. 6 of 2002), has been updated with amendments to Table 1-Fees Payable under Regulations Notice R.1683 of 2003, as per Notice No. 7220 of GG54319 dated 13 March 2026.
The Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990), has been updated with Inspection Fees for 2026 by the Designated Assignee, PROKON - effective 1 April 2026, as per Notice No. 7190 of GG54268, dated 6 March 2026.

The Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), has been updated with the Statement of National Revenue, Expenditure and Borrowings as at 31 January 2026, as per General Notice No. 3793 of GG54198, dated 27 February 2026.
The National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) has been updated with the Transformation of Smartt Irrigation Board to Bo-Karoo Water User Association in terms of Section 98(8) of the Act, as per Notice No. 7177 of GG54218, dated 27 February 2026.

The Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937), has been updated with the Amendment of Schedule of Fees of Office under R474 of 29 March 1963 - effective 27 March 2026, a per Notice No. 7180 of GG54225 dated 27 February 2026.
The Cross-Border Road Transport Act, 1998 (Act No. 4 of 1998) has been updated with Amendments to Schedules 1 and 2 of the Amended Regulations, 2014: Revised Fee Adjustments under Notice No. R.466 of 2019 – effective 1 April 2026 and replaces all previous Fee Adjustments, as per Notice No. 3807 of GG54229 dated 27 February 2026.
The Architectural Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 44 of 2000), has been updated with Amendments to Tables 1, 2 and 3 (Column D) respectively under BN875 of 2026, as per Board Notice 885 of GG54218 dated 27 February 2026.
The Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990), has been updated with Inspection Fees for 2026 by the Designated Assignee, Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) - effective 1 April 2026, as per Notice No. 7169 of GG54218, dated 27 February 2026.
The Sugar Act, 1978 (Act No. 9 of 1978) has been updated with Amendments to the Sugar Industry Agreement, 2000, as per Notice No. 3770 of GG54123, dated 13 February 2026.
The South African Civil Aviation Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 41 of 1998), has been updated with Amendments to Section 2(1): Levies of the Determination under R1665 of 1998 - effective 1 April 2026, as per Notice No. 7157 of GG54177, dated 20 February 2026.
The Short-Term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No. 53 of 1998), has been updated with the Repeal of N5885 of 2025 and new Penalty for Failure to Furnish Authority with Returns etc., as per Notice No. 7150 of GG54177 dated 20 February 2026.
The Rules Board for Courts of Law Act, 1985 (Act No. 107 of 1985) has been updated The Children's Courts Rules of South Africa – effective 20 March 2026, as per Notice No. R. 7142 of GG54173, dated 20 February 2026.

The Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993), has been updated with Amendments to Physical Agents Regulations, 2024 under N595 of 6 March 2025, as per Notice No. 7149 of GG54177 dated 20 February 2026.
The National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998, (Act No. 32 of 1998) has been amended and updated by the insertion of Section 22A per Section 8 of the National Prosecuting Authority Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 10 of 2024), Notice No. 4889, GG50713, dated 27 May 2024 – effective 1 March 2026, per Proclamation Notice 7144, GG54174, dated 19 February 2026.
The Long-Term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No.52 of 1998), has been updated with the Repeal of N5885 of 2025 and new Penalty for Failure to Furnish Authority with Returns etc., as per Notice No. 7150 of GG54177 dated 20 February 2026.
