The Agricultural Products Agents Act, 1992 (Act No.12 of 1992) has been updated with the Repeal of Rules 2017 under Board Notice 62 of 18 May 2018 and new Rules in respect of Export Agents, 2025, as per Board Notice 915 of GG54677, dated 15 May 2026.
The Agricultural Products Agents Act, 1992 (Act No.12 of 1992) has been updated with Biosecurity Rules for Livestock Agents, as per Board Notice 135 of GG43900, dated 13 November 2020.
