For purposes of attaining its objects, Boxing SA must—
| (a) | compile and publish information statistics and an annual report on its activities; |
| (b) | assist in the establishment of an association or federation of associations contemplated in section 28; |
(c)
| (i) | hold meetings at least four times a year; and |
| (ii) | hold meetings at its request or at the request of the associations or federation of such associations contemplated in terms of section 28 to discuss boxing matters; and |
| (d) | consider applications for recognition of international boxing bodies or organisations and their boxing champions. |
