7. Disclosure of donations received by political parties, independent representatives and independent candidates in terms of Section 9 of the Act

(1) The accounting officer of a political party, an independent representative or an independent candidate that receives donations from a single donor which together exceed the disclosure threshold must report to the Commission in a form substantially similar to Form PPR4 on a quarterly basis.

(2) The Commission must keep a record of the disclosures made in terms of this regulation and make them publicly available in accordance with Regulation 9.

 

(3) Political parties, independent representatives and independent candidates must submit disclosures within one (1) calendar month after the end of each quarter.

(4) The Commission must publish the disclosures received in terms of 7(3) within one (1) calendar month of the closing date stipulated in Regulation 7(3).
