| (1) | The accounting officer of a political party, an independent representative or an independent candidate that receives donations from a single donor which together exceed the disclosure threshold must report to the Commission in a form substantially similar to Form PPR4 on a quarterly basis. |

| (2) | The Commission must keep a record of the disclosures made in terms of this regulation and make them publicly available in accordance with Regulation 9. |
| (3) | Political parties, independent representatives and independent candidates must submit disclosures within one (1) calendar month after the end of each quarter. |

| (4) | The Commission must publish the disclosures received in terms of 7(3) within one (1) calendar month of the closing date stipulated in Regulation 7(3). |
