6. Reporting by the Agency

(1)The Agency must, every three (3) years, submit to the President a report on the status of youth.

 

(2)The Agency must annually submit to the President a report on—
(i)the progress on the implementation of this Act;
(ii)the financial status of the Agency; and
(iii)any other matter relating to youth development.

 

(3)The President must table the report referred to in subsection (1) in Parliament within a reasonable time.
