12. Other committees

1)The board may establish other committees in addition to the executive committee and the finance committee, to assist it in the performance of its functions.

 

2)Any committee other than the executive committee may include persons who are not members of the board.

 

3)The chairperson of a committee must be appointed by the board.

 

4)Members of the committees contemplated in subsection (2) may be appointed for such periods as the board may determine.
