Mutual Banks Act, 1993 (Act No. 124 of 1993)

Except where the Authority, in view of special circumstances pertaining to a particular bank, grants his consent to a deviation from the provisions of this regulation in respect of that particular mutual bank, at least two of the members of the board of directors of a mutual bank shall be persons who are employees of that bank.
