Regulations

A supply chain management policy must provide procedures for a competitive bidding process for each of the following stages:

(a)	the compilation of bidding documentation;

(b)	the public invitation of bids;

(c)	site meetings or briefing sessions, if applicable;

(d)	the handling of bids submitted in response to public invitation;

(e)	the evaluation of bids;

(f)	the award of contracts;

(g)	the administration of contracts; and

(h)	proper record keeping.
