Extension to Non-parties of the Amending Agency Shop Collective Agreement

2. Period of Operation

2.1 The parties agree to extend the period of operation of the Agreement as follows:

 

2.1.1 the Agreement will be binding on the parties as at the date of signature by both parties; and

 

2.1.2 the Agreement shall be binding on non-parties on such date as may be determined by the Minister of Employment and Labour in terms of Section 32 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (as amended) and shall remain in force until the 28th of February 2029.
