I, STEPHEN DAVID RATHAI, Director: Collective Bargaining, duly authorized by the Minister of Employment and Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a)(i) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the provisions of Government Notices Nos R.4209 of 22 December 2023 and R.6884 of 28 November 2025 to be effective from 1 May 2026 and the period ending 28 February 2029.
