| (1) | A provident fund namely "Contract Cleaning National Provident Fund" has been established for the cleaners in the Industry and is registered in terms of the Pension Fund Act. |
| (2) | Each Member shall make a monthly Contribution to the Fund throughout his/her service towards his/her retirement benefits at the rate of five point two five (5.25%) percent of the Members Fund Salary or as amended by the Board of Trustees from time to time. |
| (3) | The Employer shall make a monthly Contribution in respect of each Member in its service at the rate of five point two five (5.25%) percent of the Member's Fund Salary or as amended from time to time, to be allocated in terms of the Rules. |
| (4) | Every employer and employee will abide by the Rules of the Fund as registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Fund (FSCA) as found in Annexure "A" to this agreement. |
