I, STEPHEN DAVID RATHAI, Director: Collective Bargaining, duly authorized by the Minister of Employment and Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a)(i) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the provisions of Government Notices Nos. R.4108 of 24 November 2023 and R.2856 of 29 November 2024 to be effective from 1 January 2026 and the period ending 30 April 2026.
