AMENDMENT TO MAIN COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

In accordance with the provisions of the Labour Relations Act, No. 66 of 1995, (as amended) made and entered into by and between the

Employers' Organisation for Hairdressing, Cosmetology and Beauty

(hereinafter referred to as the "Employers' Organisation") on the one part

and

UASA - The Union

(hereinafter referred to as the "Union") on the other part

being the parties to the National Bargaining Council for the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty and Skincare Industry.

to amend the Consolidated Main Collective Agreement extended to non-parties, published under Government Notice R 4108, Government Gazette No. 49759, dated 24 November 2023 and Notice 2856, Government Gazette 51657 dated 29 November 2024, and extended in terms of Section 32(6)(a)(i) of the Labour Relations Act 1995, under Government Notice R6885, Government Gazette 53730 dated 28 November 2025.
