| 26.1 | An employee accompanying his/her biological or adoptive parent to the doctor or hospital to obtain medical treatment will now also qualify for Family Responsibility Leave. |
| 26.2 | In order for an employee to be entitled to Family Responsibility Leave under the conditions as mentioned in sub-clause 26.1 the employee must register his/her parents with his/her employer by providing valid proof of parenthood i.e., a birth certificate, and a valid medical certificate, when claiming this leave, confirming the parent's illness and that the employee's assistance was required. |
