•Murder
•Rape, other than statutory rape
•Indecent Assault
•Robbery
•Kidnapping
•Assault when a dangerous wound is inflicted
•Arson
•Any conspiracy, incitement or attempt to commit an offence referred to in this Schedule
•Any offence under Chapter 2 except section 9(3) of the Prevention and Combating of Trafficking in Persons Act, 2013
