17. Amendment or withdrawal of development plan

(1) Any amendment effected to a development plan must be done by way of an addendum to the original approved development plan for record purposes.

 

(2) The Agency must fully motivate any amendment or withdrawal of a development plan and must give reasons to the Minister when applying for the Minister's approval.
