(1)The disciplinary tribunal may, in terms of section 24(4)(b) of the Act impose a fine not exceeding R50 000 (fifty thousand rand).

 

(2)A fine imposed by the disdplinary tribunal may, on appeal, be confirmed, varied or set aside by the Appeal Board established in terms of section 25(1) of the Act.
