| (1) | A compliance officer may issue a notice of contravention on Form BOARD/NC, attached as Annexure "O", to any person who is found to have been in contravention of provisions of the Act. |
| (2) | The notice of contravention contemplated in subregulation (1) shall contain the following information: |
| (a) | The date of contravention; |
| (b) | the provision of the Act contravened; |
| (c) | a statement explaining the steps taken to determine that there is contravention of the Act; and |
| (d) | the date of a follow-up visit. |
