Proclamation Notice 286 of 2025

In terms of section 14 of the Deeds Registries Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 20 of 024), I hereby determine 1 September 2025 as the date on which sections 39(a), 6(b), 12(d), 12(g) and 13 of the said Act shall come into operation.
