Important Notice

In terms of Regulation 169(1) of the Companies Regulation, 2011, under the Companies Act of 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission ("the Commission"), hereby gives notice that as from date published on the CIPC website www.cipc.co.za, the manual filing channel for Registration External Company (CoR 20.1) via e-mail address [email protected] will be deactivated.

As from the stated date, Registration External Company (CoR 20.1) may only be submitted electronically via any of the authorised channels listed on the Commissions website www.cipc.co.za.
