The following fees are payable:

for issuance of an operating specification in terms of regulation 135.06.2 for fixed-wing aeroplane with a maximum certified passenger seating capacity of 19 or less passengers, or an aircraft in all-cargo configuration having MCM of 8618 kg or less

for each aeroplane placed on an operating specification in the class referred to in paragraph (a)

for renewal of an operating certificate referred to in paragraph (a) or annual currency of the operating specification
