185.03.1 Sanctions

The following sanctions may be imposed on an offender following an investigation:

 

(a)counselling letter;

 

(b)letter of warning;

 

(c)remedial training;

 

(d)administrative penalty; and

 

(e)suspension, downgrade, endorsement, revocation, or cancellation.
