139.01.31 Lead in lights

(1)In the event that the Director so requires, the licence holder of an aerodrome or heliport shall ensure that such an aerodrome or heliport has runway lead in light system which—
(a)provides visual guidance along a specific approach path;
(b)assists in the avoidance of hazardous terrain; or
(c)assists in noise abatement as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 139.
