Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

An application for the issuing of an ASTO approval, or an amendment thereof, shall be—

(a)	made to the Director in the appropriate prescribed form; and

(b)	accompanied by—

(i)	appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187;

(ii)	manual of procedure referred to in regulation 109.02.2; and

(iii)

two hard copies as well as one soft copy of training material to be used in such training; and

(iv)	sample copies of certificates to be issued to learners as per specifications contained in Document SA-CATS 109.
