| (1) | A person shall not operate a UA unless he or she has in his or her possession— |
| (b) | a copy of UASOC and associated OpSpec; |
| (c) | a certificate of registration for each UA in operation; |
| (d) | a copy of a UASLA; and |
| (e) | a user manual for a UA and RPS. |
| (2) | A UA shall not tow another aircraft or perform aerial or aerobatic displays. |
| (3) | Unless as otherwise authorised by the Director, A UA shall not be operated— |
| (a) | above 400 ft above the surface; |
| (b) | within a radius of 10 km from an aerodrome reference point; |
| (c) | within restricted or prohibited airspace; or |
| (d) | adjacent to or above a nuclear power plant, prison, police station, crime scene, court of law, national key point or strategic installation. |
