The Minister of Health has, in terms of section 23(1A) and section 29 as read with section 38(1)(s), and section 38(4) of the Allied Health professions act, 1982 (Act No. 63 of 1982), and on the recommendation of the Allied Health Professions Council, made the regulations in the Schedule.
