| 1. | The Executive Officer: Agricultural Product Standards considered comments received from all affected parties on the business plan and budget submitted by the assignee for meat classification, namely South African Meat Industry Company (SAMIC), in terms of section 3(1B)(c) of the Agricultural Product Standards Act 119 of 1990 as amended. |
| 2. | Consequently, the Executive Officer of Agricultural Product Standards has approved the business plan and budget, determining that the following inspection fees will be effective for a period of 12 months. |
