| (1) | If the payment of a penalty or fee as contemplated in regulation 24(1) is dishonoured, the receiving entity concerned must notify the Authority thereof in accordance with regulation 35(5). |
| (2) | The Authority must, after receipt of the notification contemplated in subregulation (1), and after becoming aware of the dishonoured payment, notify the infringer thereof in accordance with regulation 24(5). |
