| (1) | A person contemplated in section 33 of the Act may request access to demerit point information by applying for such information on form AARTO 27. |
| (2) | The fee payable in respect of an application referred to in subregulation (1) is set out in Schedule 2. |
| (3) | A person contemplated in section 33(2) of the Act must obtain the written permission of the employee concerned by completing form AARTO 27 and submitting such form together with the application referred to in subregulation (1) to the Authority. |
| (4) | The Authority must respond to an application contemplated in subregulation (1) via electronic service within five days of receiving the said application by issuing form AARTO 28, indicating the demerit points status of the person. |
