| (1) | The activities specified in column 3 of Schedule 3 are hereby determined to be an infringement or offence as categorised in column 4 of Schedule 3. |
| (2) | The penalty contemplated in section 29(b) of the Act, which is payable in respect of an infringement or offence as determined in subregulation (1), is calculated in accordance with the penalty units set out against it in column 5 of Schedule 3, where each unit has a monetary value as set out in paragraph (1) of Schedule 2 . |
| (3) | The rand value payable, in respect of a penalty for an infringement or offence, is calculated in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 and is set out in column 7 of Schedule 3. |
