PROCLAMATION

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 36 of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, 1998 (Act No. 46 of 1998), I hereby determine 1 April 2010 as the date on which sections 19A and 19B of the said Act shall come into operation in the areas of City of Tshwane and Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipalities established in terms of section 12 of the Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998), read with section 2(2) of the Cross-boundary Municipalities Repeal and Related Matters Act, 2006 (Act No. 23 of 2005).
