9. Minimum qualifications and standards of practice

(1) Permits for work on national heritage sites will be issued only for actions to be undertaken by persons who, in accordance with Guidelines, are suitably qualified and/or have suitable experience in terms of
(a) the nature and cultural significance of the place concerned; and
(b) the work to be undertaken.
