20. Annual Report

(1) The organisational performance of the Ombud shall be driven by a five- year strategic plan, the outlined mandate of the Ombud and strategic priorities. This will inform the Annual Performance Plan (APP).

 

(2) The Annual Performance Plan shall form the basis for the annual reports of accounting officers in terms of section 52 of the LPA as well as section 40(1)(d) and (e) of the PFMA.
