| (1) | The ombud must, on application by an affected person, allow such person to inspect and obtain copies of— |
| (a) | the application; |
| (b) | submissions made in regard to the application; |
| (c) | the applicant’s response to the submissions; and |
| (d) | the ombud’s current list of adjudicators. |
| (2) | An application in terms of this section must be accompanied by the prescribed fee. |
